This PCB also had issues with brightness control and after much troubleshooting turned out the -18V DC/DC board had several important traces and parts damaged. (Hence you may see a capacitor with a wire attached and encased in resin.) Ultimately it had to be removed. Everything works fine except the screen is stuck near max brightness and the wheel will not adjust it. Bring Eneloop Pros!
All OEM membranes cleaned and conductive paint put on ensure reliability. (Inc start&select)
Many solder joints reworked to prevent solder cracking.
All contacts thoroughly cleaned and coated with deoxit
